The house is on two levels, a studio with kitchenette and bathroom on the upper level and a bedroom with access to the lawn on the lower level, the studio has a fireplace, dining table and a wide sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The high windows offer spectacular views of the vineyard and pastureland.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, the house has air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets on the windows and balcony door.

There is a share barbecue area with OFYR grill and picnic tables in the immediate vicinity of the house.
